recent research from the most prominent authorities
in this field as its foundation.

The course commences
at 9.30am and finishes between 5.00pm
and 6.00pm depending on discussion and
delegate needs.

to how they can make changes to the
workplace that will receive an impressive
ROI by way of performance and morale
gains.

a personal or organisational action
plan for healthier lives at work and
at home.

The Work-Life Balance/Work-Life
Harmony training course has been designed
so that it is applicable to people at
all organisational levels. The only
pre-requisite is that you must be at
least reasonably happy to discuss with
others due to the practical design of
the workshop. The course can be run
in-house for up to 15 people and likewise,
our public courses take a maximum of
15 people. We welcome managers, supervisors,
directors, human resource managers,
organisational consultants, staff level
employees and self-employed persons.
Delegates will be confident
to discuss ways in which an enhanced
sense of personal well-being can be
achieved in the workplace through adopting
a number of the approaches discussed
and studied during the workshop. Delegates
will have the tools to put changes in
place that will benefit themselves and
those they work and live with.
